FOOD VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION
No selling of any Soda, Water & Beer NO exceptions.
Any vendor selling soda, water or beer WILL be asked to leave and escorted off premises by security.
10x20 or Trailer 4 Vendor Badges **Vendors must purchase additional badges during check-in if additional badges are needed. Badges must be worn at all times and must be on person to re-enter at gate.
Vendor must provide tables, chairs, tent, electricity, ice, etc. Water will be available however, please come with water, NO hooking up.
There will be NO subleasing of booth space. Unsigned applications cannot be approved.
All booth payments must be received in full ASAP. After May 23, 2014 a $50 fee will be added on to late applications. All Participants are responsible for collecting and paying their own sales taxes.
Forms of Payments:
Acceptable forms of payment include: cash (by deposit into bank account), cashier's check or money orders.
All booth purchases including deposits are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. No rain dates and no refunds in the event of rain.

Note: ALL exhibitors must be completely set-up no later than 1 hour prior to show opening and all isles must be cleared. Security provided on site throughout the duration of this event. If special conditions are needed please call Marilyn Portier to discuss.
Vendors are required to remove all items by 9:00 pm on Sunday, June14, 2015.
Anything left on premises at the end of the event, Sunday, June 14, 2015 will be discarded.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
LIABLITY - I HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS N0T TO SUE the participants, sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, campout, trail ride, dance, Bill Pickett Trail Riders, Border 2 Border Trail Ride Association, Inc., officials, any persons in any restricted area, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to contact the event and each of them, their officers and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "releases", from, all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin of any and all lesser damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise while the undersigned is in or upon restricted area, and/or competing, officiating in, observing, working for, or for any purpose participating in the event. I have the sole responsibility to look after and protect myself, my family and invites, and the assets or automobiles I bring onto said premises. I will solely be responsible for any vandalism, mischief, or theft occurring to my own assets. I RELEASE BILL PICKETT TRAIL RIDERS, from all claims here fore.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS-lessee, his/her agents, employees, or assignee will comply with all rules, regulations, and requirement of the Fire Marshal, or of any government entity having jurisdiction over premises. The Lessee may be required at Lessor's sole option to immediately cease its operations and vacate the Leased Space if Lessee's exhibit, operation thereof, or requirements.
